Rules of the Road

Please Note:

Starting March 1, 2025, we will no longer be servicing addresses or accepting reservations EAST of Highway 395. We DO NOT offer refunds for reservations with unserviceable addresses that are booked LESS THAN 10 DAYS prior to delivery. Please call (850) 786-2637 to inquire about bookings in this area.

• - All drivers must be 21 years of age or older and provide a valid driver's license.
• - The renter of the cart must be 21 years of age or older, provide a valid driver’s license, auto insurance and a credit card.
• - The renter's auto insurance is primary for liability and damages.
• - Golf carts are legal on streets marked 35 MPH or less.
• - Golf carts are registered as a motor vehicle and all the rules of the road apply.

We offer free delivery and pick up on all Destin and Miramar Beach area rentals of 2 nights or more.

Golf carts are delivered between 11am and 1pm, and picked up between 8am and 9am. Certain exceptions may be made to accommodate your travel plans.

Golf cart rental delivery times in the 30A area cannot be guaranteed for same day bookings due to the nature of traffic patterns in the area; however, we do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all our carts. 30A reservations will be subject to a delivery fee.

Golf carts are rented by the night and 2 night minimum required. One day rentals may be made in person at our shop as inventory allows.

Repairs Price List:

Customers are responsible for all fines, fees, and other charges incurred against the cart or driver during the rental period and will be charged to the card of record upon receipt.

Our Cancellation Policy

▸ Cancellations made 10 days in advance of the start of your rental will be eligible for a 100% refund.

▸ Cancellations or changes made less than 10 days prior to the start of your rental will not be eligible for any refunds without the purchase of Spot Trip Protection. No exceptions without pre-purchased trip insurance coverage.

▸ Should we have to retrieve the vehicle after delivery, there will be a $50 retrieval fee applied.

▸ If you operate the vehicle in violation of the law by driving it on US Highway 98, driving it on the sidewalks or grass, using the cart without seat belts, or driving with more than 6 passengers in the vehicle, your cart will be confiscated and there will be no refund issued for unused time.
